If you’re not satisfied with your Wellphases Pro subscription, we’re happy to help. Refund eligibility depends on how you purchased your subscription.
Web purchases
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied within this period, contact us at support@wellphases.com with your order confirmation details and we will process a full refund.
After 14 days, remaining subscription time is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Apple App Store purchases
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We are unable to process refunds for these purchases directly.
To request a refund, follow Apple’s instructions.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Google Play purchases
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled through Google. We are unable to process refunds for these purchases directly.

Free tier
The free tier of Wellphases does not involve any payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
